2. Nature of Our Services
Alto Global Partners Limited provides unregulated commercial intermediary and introduction services. We specialise in connecting businesses with FX, banking, and payment solutions by leveraging our network of global financial institutions and service providers.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- We act solely as a commercial introducer and intermediary. We are not a party to any agreement entered into between you and a Provider, and we are not responsible for the performance, conduct, or obligations of any Provider.
- We do not provide regulated financial advice, investment advice, credit broking, payment services, or any other activity that requires authorisation or registration under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the Payment Services Regulations 2017, or equivalent legislation in any jurisdiction.
- Nothing we say, write, or communicate — whether on our website, in meetings, in correspondence, or otherwise — constitutes a regulated financial promotion, a personal recommendation, or advice on which you should rely.
- Our services are intended exclusively for businesses and sophisticated commercial clients. They are not directed at retail consumers or individuals acting outside the course of their trade or profession.
- We do not guarantee that any Introduction will result in a successful outcome, that any Provider will accept you as a client, or that any particular product or service will be available to you.
- All decisions regarding whether to engage a Provider, enter into a financial arrangement, or take any other action are yours alone. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any Provider we introduce you to.
- The information and materials on our website are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon as the basis for any decision.
3. Regulatory Status and Disclaimer
Alto Global Partners Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any equivalent regulatory body in any jurisdiction. We are not registered as a credit broker, payment institution, electronic money institution, investment firm, or in any other regulated capacity.
The Providers we work with are independent entities. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that any Provider you engage is appropriately authorised and regulated for the activities they carry out. Alto Global Partners Limited makes no representation or warranty regarding the regulatory status, financial soundness, or conduct of any Provider.
If you are located outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Our services may not be suitable for, or available to, persons in certain jurisdictions where applicable law restricts or prohibits the provision of such services.
4. Remuneration and Conflicts of Interest
Alto Global Partners Limited is remunerated by way of commission, referral fees, or other payments received from Providers in connection with successful Introductions. We do not charge fees directly to clients unless expressly agreed in writing.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- We may receive financial remuneration from Providers as a result of introducing you to them. The existence of such remuneration may influence which Providers we introduce you to, and this represents a potential conflict of interest.
- We will disclose the existence of any commission or remuneration arrangement to you upon request, and in any event to the extent required by applicable law.
- The fact that we receive commission from a Provider does not mean that the products or services offered by that Provider are the most suitable, most competitive, or most appropriate for your needs.
- You should independently assess any product or service offered by a Provider, and seek independent professional advice where appropriate, before entering into any arrangement.
5. Client Obligations and Warranties
By engaging our services, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
- You are a business or legal entity (or an authorised representative thereof) acting in the course of your trade or profession, and not a retail consumer.
- You have full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement and to engage our services.
- All information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and not misleading, and you will promptly notify us of any material changes.
- You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, sanctions evasion, or any other financial crime.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of our services and any arrangements entered into with Providers.
- You will conduct your own due diligence on any Provider before entering into any financial arrangement, and you will not rely solely on any information or representation made by us.
- You acknowledge that we may be required by law to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) checks, and you agree to provide all documentation and information reasonably requested for this purpose.
6. Client Money
Alto Global Partners Limited does not hold, receive, transmit, control, or otherwise handle client money or client assets at any time. We are not authorised to do so, and any suggestion to transfer funds directly to Alto Global Partners Limited in connection with a financial transaction should be treated as a serious warning sign of fraud.
All funds in connection with any financial arrangement are held and handled solely by the relevant licensed and regulated Provider. Alto Global Partners Limited accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of any funds held by or transferred to a Provider.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alto Global Partners Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of, or inability to use, our website or services;
- Any reliance placed on information or content on our website or provided through our services;
- Any act, omission, default, insolvency, or misconduct of any Provider;

- Business interruption of any kind;
- Any third-party claims arising in connection with your use of our services.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any and all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of fees (if any) paid by you directly to Alto Global Partners Limited in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alto Global Partners Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your breach of these Terms and Conditions;
- Your use of our services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose;
- Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by you;
- Any claim by a third party arising from your use of our services or any arrangement entered into with a Provider.

You agree that you will not use our website or services to:
- Engage in or facilitate any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;
- Conduct or attempt to conduct any money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other financial crime;
- Transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful or disruptive code to our systems;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Harvest or collect information about other users of our services for unsolicited commercial communications;
- Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems, or networks;
- Use our services in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in this website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, design, branding, and all other material — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Alto Global Partners Limited. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You may view and print content from our website for your own private, non-commercial reference only. You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.
11. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party in connection with the services, and not to disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party, except where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or court order. This obligation shall survive the termination of the Agreement.
12. Data Protection
Alto Global Partners Limited processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice, available on our website. By using our services, you acknowledge that we may collect and process personal data relating to you and your business for the purposes described in our Privacy Notice, including for AML/KYC compliance, service delivery, and communication.
Where we share your data with Providers for the purpose of facilitating an Introduction, we will do so in accordance with applicable data protection law.
13. Third-Party Websites and Providers
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. Alto Global Partners Limited has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website.
Any arrangement you enter into with a Provider is solely between you and that Provider. Alto Global Partners Limited is not a party to such arrangements and accepts no liability in connection with them.
14. Termination
Alto Global Partners Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in unlawful conduct, or for any other legitimate business reason.
You may discontinue your use of our services at any time. Termination shall not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party, nor any provisions of these Terms and Conditions which are expressly or by implication intended to survive termination.
15. Amendments
Alto Global Partners Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms and Conditions will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services following publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you review this page regularly.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
17. Waiver
No failure or delay by Alto Global Partners Limited in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Notice and any written engagement letter or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alto Global Partners Limited in relation to your use of our website and services. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether oral or written.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are accessing our services from outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our right to seek urgent or interim relief in any competent jurisdiction.
